Karefon Privacy and Sales Policy

This agreement shall be deemed to have been accepted by the user when using any Karefon product.

Privacy Statement:

Karefon encrypts and saves your information such as name, phone number and e-mail address in an unreadable form in accordance with Data Privacy laws so that you can only use Karefon products.
Qacher does not process or share any user data with third parties.
The third party services (sms service) used consist of the services provided by the service providers that are authorized by the relevant government institutions with their permits and authorization documents.
At the same time, Karefon does not store any cookies on its call and message services or on its legal website.
Video calls made through Karefon work end-to-end, and sent messages are recorded only by matching the unique id created for the recipient.
Sales Policy:

In any Karefon product purchased either from the Karefon application store or through E-Commerce systems or any channel, sales records and cargo records can be used as evidence in case of disputes and problems that may occur during the purchase and delivery of the product.
Karefon provides a two-week exchange guarantee for a purchased product for physical damage that may occur during both transportation and production, after the product is received by the end user.
PAYTR global payment instrument system is used in Karefon in-app purchases.
